FinEdge provides an Excel add-in designed to improve financial modeling workflows. By using FinEdge, you agree to these Terms.

Subscription and Trial

FinEdge is offered via paid subscription plans. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before renewal.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FinEdge add-in for your own professional or business use.

You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software, nor attempt to reverse engineer or misuse it.

Disclaimers

FinEdge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

FinEdge is a productivity tool and does not provide financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating your work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinEdge shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FinEdge constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
